Job Summary
Technician responsible for maintaining and inspecting facility equipment and systems, inspecting equipment rooms using predefined checklists, guiding duty technicians with weekend work plans, issuing technical recommendations, performing repairs and coordinating with vendors for maintenance work, expediting equipment moves/adds/changes, and ensuring compliance with local regulations. Must be certified in electrical or mechanical repair and possess strong communication skills to clearly report issues and provide instructions, with a focus on uptime and client service.
