Job Summary
Equipment Distribution Technician role responsible for the leadership, support, and development of the diagnostic imaging (DI) service team, ensuring expert service of imaging equipment and high customer satisfaction within a healthcare environment.
Required Qualifications
- Technical support for customer accounts
- Advanced troubleshooting capability for multi-modality, multi-OEM’s
- Proven track record of solving difficult problems
- Demonstrated ability to handle difficult customer situations
- Possess a valid driver’s license and maintain a good driving record
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics/Biomedical Technology or equivalent
- Competent with a minimum of 5 years of experience servicing and maintaining advanced multi-vendor/multi-modality DI equipment
- Strong time management ability
- Ability to collaborate and cooperate in a team environment
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to prioritize, organize and handle multiple projects and activities simultaneously
