Creates a sanitary, safe environment and enhances the appearance of the facility; performs environmental services duties including cleaning patient rooms, collecting trash, changing bed linens, and sanitizing surfaces; maintains floor care program and equipment; replenishes supplies/linen as needed; requires critical thinking, effective communication, and the ability to work with minimal supervision; healthcare or hospitality experience preferred; no degree or education earned required.
