Job Summary
Technician (Energy Complex) responsible for maintaining and repairing building utilities to keep systems operational. Tasks include maintenance and fault rectification of electrical and mechanical systems; scheduled inspections and preventive maintenance; performing repairs within building systems; coordinating with contractors for various building-system works; documenting work performed and equipment status; providing prompt building services (electricity, plumbing, sanitation, etc.) to occupants; direct reporting to the lead technician; and performing additional duties as assigned by management. On-site position based in Bangkok, Thailand, with focus on ensuring reliable operation of building infrastructure.
