Job Summary
Prepare patients and perform non-invasive electroencephalograms (EEG) and sleep deprived studies to aid in diagnosing neurological disorders. Edit and prepare tests, report findings to physicians, and maintain all equipment. Requires excellent customer service skills, telephone, and computer proficiency. Certification as ABRET Registered or Registry Eligible is preferred, alongside 2 years of neurodiagnostic experience and 6 months of healthcare experience.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- 6 months experience in healthcare related field required
- BLS required
Desired Qualifications
- Graduate of accredited EEG School
- 2 years experience in the neurodiagnostic field
