Job Summary
Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance on electrical installations, instrumentation, and control systems to ensure process stability and safety. Analyze and resolve automation and electrical faults in PLC/DCS software and power supplies to minimize downtime. Periodically calibrate sensors, flowmeters, and pressure transmitters while ensuring all modifications comply with NEN and ATEX standards. Manage software backups for PLCs and HMIs, collaborate with mechanical technicians on mechatronics issues, and support new equipment installation. Train operators on interpreting HMI fault messages using systematic troubleshooting methods. Maintain strict adherence to LOTO procedures and GMP guidelines throughout the role.
Required Qualifications
- Afgeronde MBO-opleiding richting E&I
- Minimaal 5 jaar werkervaring binnen de procesindustrie
- Ervaring met SAP-PM
- Ervaring met werkvergunningen en het lezen/opstellen van TRA's
- Bekend met GMP-richtlijnen en werken binnen gereguleerde omgevingen
- Basiskennis van PLC/DCS-systemen
- Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal
- In het bezit van VCA VOL
- Basiskennis van ATEX
- Ervaring als Installatieverantwoordelijke en/of Werkverantwoordelijke LS
