Job Summary
Prepare, locate, and maintain robotic inspection equipment for underground utility cross-bore detection. Deploy inspection gear into pipelines using cranes or hooks while setting up safe work zones, including traffic control and flagging. Mark job site locations with utility marking paint. Work outdoors in various weather conditions, walking 7,000–10,000 steps daily across different terrain while lifting 50+ lbs occasionally. Obtain DOT medical certification within 90 days of hire and maintain driver eligibility. Complete required vaccinations for Hepatitis B, Hepatitis A, and TDAP/Tdap within the first 30 days.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to walk 7,000–10,000 steps daily across different terrain
- Comfortable working around sewer systems
- Ability to safely lift and carry 50+ lbs occasionally, 10-20lbs regularly
- Basic familiarity with smartphones, tablets and computers
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening
- Compliance with driver qualifications and vaccination program
- Valid driver's license
- DOT Medical Certification
- Hepatitis B vaccination
- Hepatitis A vaccination
- TDAP/Tdap (Tetanus, Diphtheria, Acellular Pertussis) vaccination
