Job Summary
Technician role performing construction inspection and testing for roadway/bridge projects with field and laboratory duties. Responsibilities include inspecting concrete pours, rebar placement, pipe replacements; sample and test soils, concrete, and asphalt; generate reports; support engineers; ensure compliance with state specs and project documents. Preferred familiarity with highway construction specifications; ACI/NICET/ICC certifications are good to have but not required; travel within the Cleveland/northern OH region is expected; stipend or company vehicle may be provided.
Required Qualifications
- 0-2+ years experience in construction inspection and testing
- Must have a valid driver license and an acceptable driving record
