Technician - Composite

Technician – Composite responsible for manufacturing and repairing high-quality composite components, including mold prep, layup, curing, finishing, and inspection, in accordance with engineering drawings, work instructions, and safety standards. Roles include installing and routing electrical harnesses, understanding electrical circuit diagrams, troubleshooting simple electrical problems, using measuring equipment (Milli-ohm meter, Mega-ohmmeter), performing Wet layup with composite material, structural bonding of precured assemblies, drilling of composite structures, fabricating airframe composite parts in line with regulations, and operating precision equipment and an oven/autoclave. Requires a relevant Nitec/diploma in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Aerospace Engineering (or related fields), a proactive and team-oriented attitude, the ability to work shift, and openness to Singaporean employment. On-the-job training will be provided and there is no stated relocation package.
