Job Summary
Assist Senior Engineers and Directors with technical reports, design reports and documents; preparation of concept and detailed design reports; design calculations and modelling using specialist software; assist with feasibility studies, cost estimates, tender documentation, and compilation of bill of quantities; coordinate internal CKR disciplines and liaise with draughting personnel; conduct site investigations and evaluate condition of equipment; manage project activities and conduct due diligence; plan work and ensure timely delivery; register with ECSA and pursue Professional Engineering status with ongoing learning and development.
Required Qualifications
- Register with ECSA and maintain candidate technician status
- Continual learning and development on the road to registering as a Professional Engineer with ECSA
- Assist Senior Engineers and Directors with technical reports, design reports and documents
- Assist with feasibility studies, cost estimates, and tender documentation
- Produce design calculations and modelling using specialist software
- Coordinate internal CKR disciplines and liaise with Draughting Personnel
- Plan work, manage time sheets, and adhere to internal procedures
- Assist with detailed design and concept design; compilation of tender documentation and bill of quantities
- Assist with project management and cost management of disciplines
- Produce reports in standard formats and ensure regulatory compliance
