Job Summary
Monitor and maintain various building systems and equipment within the facility. Conduct scheduled inspections and repairs of internal equipment, documenting all maintenance activities as assigned by the building engineer. Ensure the cleanliness of work areas and maintain safe working conditions for all operations. Perform electrical and water meter readings and manage the swimming pool system. Coordinate with other building staff such as security and housekeeping to expedite repair services. Verify the work of subcontractors entering the site and prepare for emergencies at all times.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in skilled trades
- Experience in commercial real estate
- Experience in technology
- Ability to control and maintain various systems and equipment installed within a building
- Ability to check, repair, and maintain building equipment according to work schedules
- Ability to record checks and maintenance of equipment as assigned by building engineers or site supervisors
- Ability to maintain cleanliness of public areas and ensure safety for work
- Ability to perform work in accordance with company regulations
- Ability to check and repair various equipment as assigned by supervisors
- Ability to check the work of contractors performing work in the building as assigned by supervisors for building safety
- Ability to coordinate with other building site staff such as safety and cleaning offices to ensure repair services are performed promptly
- Ability to prepare for various emergencies at all times
- Ability to read and interpret electrical meters
- Ability to read and interpret water meters
- Ability to clean and maintain water tank systems
