Job Summary
The Service Technician performs vehicle repair and maintenance in accordance with dealer and factory standards, diagnoses malfunctions, and communicates with parts and service teams. The role includes supervising any apprentice technicians, adhering to safety and regulatory requirements, attending factory-sponsored training, keeping the shop organized and compliant with hazardous-waste disposal rules, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. Candidates should have ASE or manufacturing training, a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid drivers license and the ability to pass pre-employment testing (background checks, MVR, and drug test).
