Job Summary
Conduct crash simulation tests on a HYGE Sled by preparing and executing component and full-scale vehicle tests. Setup test articles, high-speed cameras, and instrumentation while performing equipment calibration, repairs, and upgrades to maximize operational availability. Maintain test systems by building and installing equipment, completing mechanical modifications, and troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and data collection problems. Document results through procedures, checklists, photographs, and high-speed video, then create test reports using MS Office software. Work assigned hours as required to meet customer testing needs, which may include overtime, nights, and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- AAS in related discipline
- 3 + years in related discipline
- military experience
- A combination of education and experience equivalent to above
- Proficiency with computer skills
- MS office tools (Outlook/Excel/Word/PowerPoint/Project)
- Adobe products
- Must be able to work assigned hours as required to meet customer testing needs
