Unlock and secure the service center at the start and end of shifts, managing daily bank deposits and safe closures in the Center Manager's absence. Oversee oil changes, fluid checks, and filter replacements while maintaining inventory and reporting supply needs. Lead daily team operations to ensure workflow efficiency, uphold health and safety standards, and resolve basic customer complaints. Train and mentor new employees while reporting anomalies or escalating unresolved safety and security matters to management. Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.
