Job Summary
Support the installation, inspection, maintenance, and repair of commercial air-conditioning, ventilation, chiller systems, and building automation systems. Perform general maintenance and repair work on mechanical equipment, building structures, and facility systems while reading blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals to troubleshoot issues. Source necessary materials and parts for repairs, coordinate building access for tenants and contractors, and respond to fire panel alerts and elevator emergency procedures. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area adhering to all safety regulations. Available for 24/7 emergency on-call rotation. Requires a Technical Certificate in HVAC systems and experience in general maintenance and building operations.
