Conduct technical studies, research, and analysis to solve problems and improve methods for your unit's projects and operational issues. Serve as a resource person for submitting solutions, train users on business solutions and tools, and prepare technical notes to enhance team skills. Communicate with professionals, partners, and clients to obtain information and interpret claims policies. Roll out and maintain software and manual processes while promoting occupational health and managing disabilities. This 12-month temporary role requires a college diploma, two years of experience, and bilingual proficiency in French and English.
