Job Summary
Welcome customers with a friendly attitude and assist senior technicians in explaining 18-point maintenance results clearly. Perform routine inspections, oil changes, fluid exchanges, tire rotations, and component replacements under supervision. Maintain a clean, organized shop environment while adhering to all safety protocols. This entry-level role provides comprehensive hands-on training for vehicle preventative maintenance in a stay-in-your-car setting. Flexibility for open scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Physical ability to perform manual labor tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, crouching, and working in varied positions
- Reliable transportation
- Flexibility and willingness to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if required
Desired Qualifications
- automotive certification or formal training
- A genuine interest in automotive repair and maintenance, with a willingness to learn and grow in the field
