Job Summary
Welcome customers, explain 18-point maintenance check results, and perform full-service oil changes including draining, filter replacement, and fluid refills. Conduct routine inspections for fluid levels, tire pressure, and component replacements such as batteries and air filters. Assist with fluid exchanges for transmission, coolant, and differential systems under supervision while maintaining a safe, organized shop environment. Work collaboratively with senior technicians to deliver prompt service in a stay-in-your-car setting. Requires standing for extended periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and flexibility for open scheduling including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Physical ability to perform manual labor tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, crouching, and working in varied positions
- Reliable transportation
- Flexibility and willingness to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if required
