Technician (Architectural Draftsperson) in Auckland, NZ: prepare and produce detailed architectural drawings and sketches using CAD software; assist with development of design concepts and documentation; collaborate with the design team to ensure high-quality project delivery; liaise with clients, contractors and authorities to resolve technical issues; stay current with industry trends and contribute to drafting process improvements. Proficient in Revit; 2-4 years of experience recommended; tertiary qualification in Architectural Drafting or related discipline; strong drafting skills, knowledge of building codes, and excellent communication.
Required Qualifications
- Tertiary qualification in Architectural Drafting or a related discipline
- 2-4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in New Zealand
- Proficient in Revit
- Strong technical drafting skills with attention to detail
