Technician Apprentice

Apprentice Technicians are in charge of vehicle maintenance and small repairs. Job shadow a certified technician to learn more advanced skills. They should be able to read, write, and communicate problem solving ideas to be successful in this position. Responsibilities include troubleshooting/decision making to determine causes of operating errors and fixing problems, reading and understanding work-related documents, effective writing and communication with co-workers, giving recommendations based on customer needs, keeping customers informed of vehicle status, ensuring vehicles are fixed and returned undamaged with preserved features, and performing thorough, legible 120-point inspections.
