Job Summary
Repair damaged vehicles to pre-accident condition using industry-approved techniques while following a mentor's direction. Read estimates, identify damage, and check work for quality and accuracy. Perform consistent physical activity including reaching, kneeling, bending, squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs. Prioritize competing tasks in a fast-paced environment and understand written and verbal instructions. Complete required training and certifications relating to the Technician Apprentice Program. Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver's license and eligibility for coverage under Caliber's insurance policy. No prior collision experience required; previous experience or Collision Vo-Tech certification is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have a valid driver's license
- Be eligible for coverage under Caliber's insurance policy
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions
- Ability to do consistent physical activity – reach below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, and squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs
- Be able to understand instructions – written and verbal
- Can prioritize competing tasks and adapt easily to a fast-paced environment
- Complete required training and certifications relating to TAP
- Exhibit trustworthiness
