Job Summary
Repair damaged vehicles to pre-accident condition using industry-approved techniques while following a mentor's direction. Read estimates, identify damage, and check work for quality and accuracy. Learn all training material and hands-on skills required for the role. Perform consistent physical activity including reaching, kneeling, bending, and lifting objects over 50 lbs. Prioritize competing tasks in a fast-paced environment. Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license and eligibility for Caliber's insurance policy. Complete required training and certifications relating to the Technician Apprentice Program.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have a valid driver's license
- Be eligible for coverage under Caliber's insurance policy
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions
- Ability to do consistent physical activity – reach below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, and squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs
- Be able to understand instructions – written and verbal
- Can prioritize competing tasks and adapt easily to a fast-paced environment
- Complete required training and certifications relating to TAP
Desired Qualifications
- Previous collision experience
- Collision Vo-Tech certification
