Job Summary
Repair damaged vehicles to pre-accident condition using industry-approved techniques while learning to read estimates, identify damage, and check work for quality and accuracy under a mentor's direction. Perform all-purpose duties including consistent physical activity such as reaching, kneeling, bending, squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs. Prioritize competing tasks in a fast-paced environment while completing required training and certifications. No experience required; eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions. Weekly pay starting day one with access to medical, dental, and vision benefits after 90 days.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have a valid driver's license
- Be eligible for coverage under Caliber's insurance policy
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions
- Ability to do consistent physical activity – reach below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, and squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs
- Be able to understand instructions – written and verbal
- Can prioritize competing tasks and adapt easily to a fast-paced environment
- Complete required training and certifications relating to TAP
Desired Qualifications
- Previous collision experience
- Collision Vo-Tech certification
