Job Summary
Repair damaged vehicles to pre-accident condition using industry-approved techniques while following a mentor's direction to read estimates, identify damage, and check work for quality. Perform all-purpose duties including consistent physical activity such as reaching, kneeling, bending, squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs. Prioritize competing tasks and adapt easily to a fast-paced environment while completing required training and certifications. No experience required; the program teaches all hands-on skills and training materials.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Valid driver's license
- Eligible for coverage under Caliber's insurance policy
- Ability to do consistent physical activity – reach below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, and squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs
- Ability to understand instructions – written and verbal
- Ability to prioritize competing tasks and adapt easily to a fast-paced environment
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions

- Collision Vo-Tech certification
