Job Summary
Apprentice Technician assists Master/Service Technician with examining customer vehicles, identifying necessary repairs and maintenance, performing repairs and maintenance, and documenting services while learning to perform services efficiently per dealership and manufacturer guidelines. The role supports progressing to a Service Technician through hands-on experience, training, and adherence to core values of Servant Leadership, Teamwork, Integrity, and Commitment to Customer Enthusiasm. Must have basic automotive knowledge and a valid driver's license; scheduling may require evening, weekend, or holiday shifts.
