Technician / AE1 - Test Maintenance

Job Summary
The Technician / AE1 is responsible for ensuring overall equipment uptime in Front of Line machines and fixtures. Duties include tracking and replenishing spare parts, collaborating with automation and engineering teams, and maintaining ISO compliance. The position requires a diploma in engineering, preferably in Mechatronics or Mechanical or Electrical fields, and experience in manufacturing environments. Candidates must exhibit good computer skills, analytical abilities, and a willingness to work 12-hour shifts independently.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma of Engineering preferably majoring in Mechatronics or Mechanical or Electrical
- Experienced working in high mix and high-volume manufacturing environment
- Good computer literacy and basic SPC knowledge
- Strong sense of analytical skills with hands on working attitude
- Ability to work independently and solve basic technical issues
- Willingness to work on 12-hour shifts
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in die attached machines and wire-bonders
- Good knowledge of mechanical dimensioning & tolerancing analysis
- Knowledge of poka-yoke principles
