Job Summary
Tech-Advisor at VIP Automotive in Burlington, VT combines service-writing and installation-technician duties to deliver a high-quality customer experience. The role requires taking and passing LMS and vendor trainings, achieving BPM-based customer engagement, and executing VIP processes to educate customers on vehicle conditions based on MPI inspection results. Required Qualifications
- One year of related experience in automotive service field
- Completion of two-year college or technical school program recommended
- Current, valid driver’s license issued in state of residence
- Equipment Safety Certification
- ASE Certification C1 – Service Consultant required
- ASE Certification P2 – Parts Specialist recommended
- ASE Certification G1 – Maintenance and light repair recommended
- ASE Certification A4 – Suspension & Steering
- ASE Certification A5 – Brakes
- State Inspection License Required (where applicable)
