Job Summary
Technician 4 in Test Engineering - Product Development focused on supporting product development through advanced test engineering activities across multiple products and platforms. Performs advanced technician work, builds/configures/test setups, troubleshoots equipment, collects and communicates test data to inform engineering decisions, and collaborates with test, product, design, and other internal teams. Shares expertise to mentor less-experienced technicians, helps manage shifting priorities to support critical project needs, and maintains a strong emphasis on quality and risk awareness in a fast-paced development environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 5+ years of related experience
- Experience in test engineering, product development, lab operations, manufacturing test, or engineering support
- Experience supporting multiple products, platforms, or test processes in a fast-paced technical environment
- Experience working with engineers to support debug, validation, data collection, and product readiness activities
- Demonstrated success mentoring or supporting less experienced technicians or team members
