Technician 2

Deliver and install rented HVAC equipment, troubleshooting operation, function, and specifications of all company gear. Communicate with customers, managers, and sales engineers to schedule deliveries, pick-ups, and service calls, then direct clients to sign paperwork and track serial numbers. Clean and test returned equipment to ensure standards, operate the company vehicle safely, and implement proper procedures for gas connections on propane and natural gas applications. Complete all necessary paperwork for deliveries, pick-ups, and service calls while working on a rotating on-call schedule for emergency responses on weekends and evenings. Maintain accurate records of in-stock and rented equipment with managers.
