Technician 2, Quality Assurance

Quality Assurance Technician 2 responsible for auditing production line per IPQC, compiling and analyzing IPQC audit results weekly, and driving for compliance. Participates in buy-off during conversion for items like component traceability, feeder, and profile. Monitors process control for critical processes, participates in and monitors NPI activities (including tape board buy-off), tracks QA Line Stop activity and verifies effectiveness of corrective actions, performs testing and troubleshooting of circuits, components, instruments and mechanical assemblies, and manages Ongoing Reliability Test (ORT) and Outgoing Quality Assurance (OQA) inventory. Raises quality alerts for line awareness when there is line excursion or customer feedback. Performs other tasks assigned by supervisor. Requires a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent and a minimum of 3+ years' related experience. Preferred: experience in制造过程流 from SMT through backend operations; strong written and verbal communication; willingness to learn and adapt; basic technical knowledge; attention to detail; safety and 6S awareness.
