Job Summary
Technician role in Witney, UK, working on a 4-on/4-off night shift (6pm–6am) in a manufacturing environment within Abbott’s ADC Diabetes Care division. Key duties include operating web print and screens equipment for strip/sensor products, weighing/measuring raw materials to ensure correct materials/quantities and non-expired components, generating batch numbers and performing material transactions, inputting data into machine HMIs, monitoring yield and process efficiency, and conducting inspections and data/documentation verifications. The position requires adherence to SOPs and GMP/regulatory requirements, involvement in quality-related reviews (P2P), and support for quality-improvement projects; prior manufacturing experience is preferred but transferable skills are considered. Required Qualifications
