Job Summary
Set up and operate automatic or semiautomatic machines in continuous production operations while monitoring meters, gauges, valves, flow ratios, temperatures, and pressures to ensure adherence to specifications. Install, modify, troubleshoot, repair, and dismantle machinery according to engineering drawings, work orders, SOPs, and blueprints. Perform circuit calibration, testing, and troubleshooting of components, and assemble mechanical units and electrical systems using hand and power tools. Maintain compliance with FDA Good Manufacturing Practices, ISO 9001 standards, and safety policies. Requires high school diploma, ability to lift 25 lbs, 20/20 vision, and knowledge of inspection equipment. Salary range $25.60 - $31.20 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must understand technical drawings
- Understand eDHR (Electronic Device History Record)
- Must successfully complete all SOP Training
- Knowledge of inspection equipment (microscope)
- Sufficient mechanical knowledge to be capable of troubleshooting simple equipment issues
- Knowledge of Food and Drug Administration "Good Manufacturing Practices" and ISO 9001
- Good manual dexterity
- Must be able to lift 25lbs at a minimum
- Have 20/20 vision with or without aid
