Job Summary
Develop comprehensive documentation that meets organizational standards while gaining deep understanding of products to translate complex information into simple, polished content. Write user-friendly materials for target audiences, maintain a detailed database of reference materials including research and design specifications, and evaluate current content to develop innovative improvement methods. Collaborate with engineers and developers to refine user experience, create visuals, and standardize documentation using appropriate tools. Requires beginner or intermediate SAP or Kafka knowledge, two years of technical writing experience, and a firm understanding of SDLC. Required Qualifications
- Beginner / Intermediate level knowledge of SAP or Kafka
- Intermediate Technological background
- Two or more years' proven experience as an effective technical writer
- Proven ability to learn quickly and understand complex subject matter
- Experience in writing documentation and procedure manuals for various audiences
- Superb written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
- Experience in working with engineers and developers to improve user experience (ex: design, UI), refine content, and create visuals and diagrams for technical support content
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree or relevant technical field
- Firm understanding of SDLC (systems development lifecycle)
- Knowledge in software development
- Experience using tools to create, organize and standardize documentation
