Job Summary
Develop and edit technically accurate, high-quality SaaS product documentation and UX content for internal stakeholders (customer success, partners) and external customers. Collaborate with product managers, software developers, customer success, and partners to gain understanding of topics and user/content needs, create content for documentation and user interfaces, help define product language and terminology, act as a user advocate, generate ideas for content development and delivery, maintain and update content as the product evolves, provide writing guidance to other contributors, and shape language styles (look, feel, mood, voice) across content types.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is required.
