Job Summary
Develop, edit, and maintain high-quality technical and business documentation for applications, processes, and end users. Translate complex technical information into clear, accurate, and user-friendly content for both technical and non-technical audiences. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements, validate content, and ensure documentation reflects current processes and systems. Manage multiple documentation requests simultaneously while maintaining repositories on SharePoint and Microsoft Teams. Provide regular status updates to leadership and deliver excellent customer service by addressing feedback and resolving documentation inquiries. This role supports RTX Enterprise Services in Santa Isabel, Puerto Rico, where the team pushes boundaries in aerospace and defense.
Required Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship
- Currently living in Puerto Rico
- A University Degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience
- 2+ years of experience creating, editing, formatting, and producing technical and non-technical documentation
- Experience translating complex technical concepts into clear, concise documentation for technical and non-technical audiences
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word
- Advanced proficiency with PowerPoint

- Strong attention to detail with excellent proofreading, editing, and quality assurance skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple assignments, prioritize work, and track progress to meet deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven customer service orientation with a commitment to follow through on requests and resolve issues
- Experience working with Microsoft Teams
