Job Summary
Develop patient-facing technical literature by scoping, revising, and drafting content for a broad medical device portfolio. Execute project requirements to author new documentation in the Component Content Management System while collaborating with subject matter experts to align content changes. Review all materials to ensure compliance with departmental SOPs and known requirements, then coordinate with the graphic design team on layouts and branding needs. Proactively identify gaps in the documentation and work with team members to determine appropriate responses. Ensure all required approvals are obtained so literature can complete the technical review process.
