Job Summary
Interview Program Managers, Subject Matter Experts, and Solution Architects to draft technical proposal content that is compelling and compliant to solicitation requirements. Extract solution and win theme information from Capture Teams, SMEs, and Solution Architects, leveraging new AI technology to draft narratives for technical approaches, management plans, and past performance. Storyboard and write sections including Executive Summaries, Risk Management Plans, and Quality Control Plans, incorporating feedback from storyboard, pink, red, and gold teams to deliver compliant content under tight deadlines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to synthesize information from various sources and tailor proposal messaging to align with customer needs and KBR's strategic goals.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a technical field
- 10+ years professional work experience
- Flexible on Degree and years' experience if candidate has technical certifications and/or proven Fed Civ technical/proposal writing experience
- Strong writing and communication skills with ability to assess and digest vast amounts of information to develop tailored proposal content under tight deadlines
- Technical background and/or proficient understanding in a technical field such as data analytics, cybersecurity, DevSecOps, engineering, technical operations, human performance/medical, or supply chain and sustainment
- Experience writing narratives for Fed Civ IT/Cybersecurity/ Engineering/Operations solutions and pursuits
- Experience with Fed Civ agencies
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Shipley proposal development methodology
- Association of Proposal Management Professionals (APMP) or similar certification
