Responsibilities include creating user guides, installation manuals, system integration guides, online help, and training materials; collaborating with engineers/SMEs; designing and producing customer training content (written and video); coordinating with external vendors for video production; maintaining documentation with product updates; ensuring content adheres to company standards; and managing translation efforts.
