Job Summary
Technical Writer needed to develop and maintain high-quality documentation across our R&D function. Translate complex scientific and technical information into clear content, including knowledge articles, user guides, manuals, procedures, and system as-built records for multi-platform systems and web applications. Collaborate with developers, data engineers, testers, product owners, and senior leadership to gather and validate content; develop and maintain templates, writing standards, and document control frameworks; apply rigorous quality checks for accuracy and completeness; identify opportunities to improve documentation processes, tools, and best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Technical Communication, Science, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a Technical Writer
- Experience across web applications, dashboards, and reporting tools
- Strong command of technical writing principles, document control, and version management
- Proficiency with authoring tools such as Adobe or Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in R&D, mining, resources, or related technical industry (desired)
