Job Summary
As a Technical Writer, you will work with internal teams to understand product documentation requirements, analyze content for reuse, and produce high-quality documentation for various audiences. Your responsibilities include writing online help, developer guides, end user manuals, and tutorials whilst managing release notes for new product features. Key qualifications include proven experience in writing API documentation, strong attention to detail, excellent English skills, and familiarity with software development concepts.
Required Qualifications
- Proven working experience writing API documentation
- Ability to deliver high quality documentation paying attention to detail
- Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable
- Ability to work with minimal guidance
- Excellent written skills in English
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office
- Basic familiarity with the SDLC and software development

- Experience with Swagger
- Working knowledge of JSON and XML
- Experience with UNIX, Python or JavaScript
