Job Summary
Technical Writer to lead clear, accurate, user-friendly documentation for Bathing Brands products. Creates, maintains, and updates Installation & Operating Manuals (IOMs) and related print materials, gathers information from SMEs, ensures documentation aligns with product launches, and collaborates with Product Design, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations. Requires experience translating technical information into concise docs, strong editing skills, and ability to manage multiple documents against launch timelines. Hybrid role based in Wheeling, IL.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in technical writing
- Ability to translate technical information into clear, concise documentation
- Strong written communication and editing skills with attention to detail
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts
- Comfortable managing multiple documents and deadlines
