Job Summary
Create and improve product documentation including setup guides, tutorials, SDK material, and conceptual overviews for Antithesis and its open-source projects. Develop educational content such as primers, how-to guides, and onboarding materials to help engineers adopt distributed system testing. Collaborate with engineering teams to identify gaps, gather user feedback, and prioritize new documentation. Maintain current docs by tracking releases, updating affected pages, and flagging content requiring engineer review. This high-ownership role focuses on enabling SWEs and SREs while shaping the user journey for our verification platform.
Required Qualifications
- A genuine love of writing and language
- Demonstrated experience writing developer-facing technical documentation like API references, setup guides, SDK docs, or similar
- Comfortable reading and reasoning about code in at least one language
- Ability to learn complex systems quickly and explain them clearly
- Strong information architecture instincts
- Self-directed and comfortable with ambiguity
- Previous professional experience as a software developer
Desired Qualifications
- Strong theoretical background in CS
- Working knowledge of distributed systems or backend infrastructure
- Previous docs experience at a dev-tool provider
- Previous work on open-source projects
- Previous experience at an early-stage startup
