Job Summary
Prepare, review, and maintain technical documentation for software, systems engineering, and user guides across federal government projects. Gather technical information, research subject matter, and interpret engineering drawings to produce implementation guides, training manuals, and defense acquisition documents. Work with developers and subject matter experts to coordinate layout, ensure clarity for diverse audiences, and oversee editing for complex systems and Cryptologic programs. Maintain an internal documentation library and act as a project leader for voluminous documentation efforts. Requires an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph and eight years of technical writing experience.
Required Qualifications
- United States Citizenship
- position appropriate security clearance
- Active TS/SCI security clearance
- customer appropriate polygraph
- Eight (8) years experience as a TW in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline from an accredited college or university
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree in a technical or business discipline
- Five (5) years additional TW experience
