Technical Training Specialist - UK

Technical Training Specialist for the UK/EMEA region responsible for designing, developing, and delivering technical HVACR training content and curricula. Deliver engaging product and application training to distributors, training centers, contractors, and industry professionals, identify and onboard new training center partners, and build the Fieldpiece Training Ambassador network. Collaborate with sales, marketing, product management, and technical support to ensure training aligns with business objectives; support trade shows and events; maintain expert knowledge of HVACR applications and Fieldpiece solutions. Requires 2+ years of content development and 3+ years of delivering technical training to professional audiences, strong technical aptitude, excellent communication and public speaking skills, ability to build relationships with customers and partners, strong organizational/project management skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and a valid driver’s license with willingness to travel ~50%. Remote work with approximately 50% travel and a company vehicle or car allowance included.
