Technical Training Specialist

Analyze, design, and execute Training Programs (virtual, online, and in-person) for Tennant’s Service teams, including support for in-field training and product launches. Develop and maintain facilitator guides, participant materials, and other learning resources; translate technical content into practical, engaging training for technicians and service teams. Deliver training on IC diagnostics, hydraulics, electrical theory, component testing, troubleshooting, and equipment diagnostics. Travel up to 50% domestically to conduct regional technical training and field-based learning initiatives. Based in Eden Prairie, MN headquarters, with cross-functional partnerships to assess training needs and continuously improve programs.
