Technical Training Specialist - DACH

Job Summary
Technical Training Specialist for the DACH region responsible for designing, developing, and delivering technical training programs for HVACR distributors, training centers, contractors, and industry professionals. Deliver product and application training, maintain and expand training content and materials, recruit and onboard training center partners, support internal sales and distributor teams, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align training with business objectives. Maintain expert knowledge of HVACR applications and Fieldpiece solutions, support trade shows and customer events, and travel ~50% with a company vehicle or car allowance. Requires 2+ years creating technical training content and 3+ years delivering training to professional audiences; fluency in English and German; strong communication and organizational skills; ability to translate complex concepts into practical learning experiences. Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience developing technical training content, curriculum, presentations, and learning materials
- 3+ years delivering technical training, classroom instruction, workshops, or presentations to professional audiences
- Florent English and German proficiency
- Strong communication, presentation, and project management skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and presentation software
- Fluent English and German
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel approximately 50%
