Job Summary
Technical Training Specialist responsible for direct learning support and training delivery for CPR franchisee owners and employees, both in-person at the Nashville Device Care Center and via virtual instructor-led formats. Manages training facility operations at NDCC, supports device repair instructional design, and delivers engaging, learner-focused sessions. Facilitates curriculum development, creates and maintains training materials (presentations, videos, job aids, guides), coordinates quarterly training calendars with operations leadership, and provides technical and learning support to franchisees. Requires associate degree or equivalent, strong presentation and curriculum development background, proficiency with PowerPoint and MS Office, and experience with web conferencing and AV setup. Work schedule is Monday–Friday, 8AM–5PM, onsite in Mt. Juliet, TN.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or equivalent work experience
- Clear, dynamic, & precise communication skills to all levels
- Wireless (cellular), OEM, and/or consumer electronics repair experience
- Minimum 3 years of presentation and training curriculum development
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook) with ability to design and deliver animated slides
- Strong computer proficiency (Mac & Windows), web conferencing (GoToMeeting, Zoom, Skype), and AV setup/troubleshooting skills
- Attention to detail in content creation and language nuance
- Ability to develop and deliver clear, engaging training content
