Job Summary

Technical Training Project Lead for the U.S. Coast Guard BI Systems Program Support and Outreach. Responsible for planning, coordinating, developing, delivering, and managing enterprise-wide training, user support, outreach programs, instructional materials, and stakeholder engagement related to Coast Guard business intelligence systems, data visualization tools, and analytics platforms. Serves as the primary liaison between government stakeholders and contractor personnel to ensure successful execution of training initiatives, user support programs, communications outreach, and curriculum development. Provides leadership and oversight to Business Intelligence Systems Technical Training Specialists; leads contract-related training, outreach, and user support activities; develops project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables; delivers on-site classroom instruction, virtual training, workshops, and tailored support engagements; develops instructional materials aligned with Instructional Systems Design; supports data visualization and analytics adoption; manages travel and field support for nationwide activities; maintains stakeholder engagement and executive briefings. Requirements emphasize degree, tenure, project leadership, public speaking, communication, and strong organizational and project management capabilities.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Master's degree or higher preferred.
  • Minimum ten (10) years of professional experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in technical training, workforce development, instructional delivery, or related fields.
  • Experience leading projects, programs, or teams.
  • Experience in public speaking, classroom instruction, facilitation, or teaching.
  • Ability to independently perform all assigned duties.
  • Strong public speaking and presentation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of military and civilian personnel.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience supporting U.S. Coast Guard, Department of Homeland Security, Department of Defense, or other federal agencies.
  • Experience with business intelligence systems, analytics platforms, and data visualization tools.
  • Familiarity with IBM Cognos, Qlik, or similar business intelligence technologies.
  • Experience developing instructional materials using the Instructional Systems Design (ISD) model.
  • Prior federal contracting or contract management experience.
  • Experience supporting enterprise software implementation, adoption, and user support programs.
