Job Summary
Develop technical training for internal support teams by translating complex scientific information into clear learning experiences. Create presentations, guides, job aids, and assessments while partnering with subject-matter experts to build product-readiness content. Deliver virtual and occasional in-person training sessions, updating materials based on feedback and product changes. Manage multiple projects and stakeholder reviews to ensure Technical Support staff can effectively troubleshoot issues and escalate complex enquiries. This nine-month remote contract supports Oxford Nanopore's Global Commercial Operations team in enabling employees to confidently explain new products and workflows.
Required Qualifications
- M.S. or Ph.D. in life sciences or a related field
- Strong knowledge of molecular biology, genetics, cell biology, genomics, or related areas
- Experience creating or delivering technical or scientific training
- Excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills
- Ability to work with subject-matter experts and simplify complex information
- Strong organization and project-management skills
