Technical Training Coordinator

Job Summary
In this role, you will coordinate, deliver, and evaluate training and development activities to support Nestlé Canada's factory operations and continuous improvement, manage training needs analysis and local training plans, maintain the training database, develop training materials, facilitate sessions, and provide coaching on training-related matters. You will support HR projects, participate in performance management initiatives, and backup site payroll as needed, while supporting site safety initiatives and other assigned duties. Preference is given to candidates with experience in manufacturing, Lean, Kronos, and instructional design, along with strong Excel/Office skills and proven facilitation and project-management abilities.
Required Qualifications
- Degree or diploma in HR or relevant certifications (CTDP or other recognized credentials)
- Experience coordinating learning and training events
- Knowledge of instructional design and blended learning best practices
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; proficient in Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, writing, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated facilitation, project management, and teamwork abilities
